Special kinds of compartment receivers made of Nylon6

These component receivers and other parts/components vacuum molded out of Nylon6 are highly tolerant of heat and grease, and retain the material’s inherent strength even in very thin sections, are free from deformation, and do not produce fecal pellets. The manufacturing process for these parts/components involves the recycling of mills ends, thus incurring less waste.
Model Building through Use of
CAD/CAM-based Forming Machine
Preproduction models are built using the “FDM System,” a hot-melt laminating technique, in which ABS resin is laminated through the use of a forming machine. Using this system enables reductions in process and preparation costs, and in the total process time from design to mass production, by 15% or more each, compared to conventional techniques.

Sheet Forming
Sheets are vacuum molded out of Nylon6.
Polypropylene sheet:
1.0 to 6.0 mm in thickness
Nylon sheet:
1.0 to 6.0 mm in thickness
